I am available weekends and most evenings by appointment only. 

Do you have face to face appointments?

Coming soon, yes, I will be offering in-person appointments in downtown Lafayette! I will continue to offer services by telehealth using a secure platform as well. 

How do I make an appointment?

There are a couple of ways. You can call the office, email me directly. I may then send you information to complete through my patient portal so we can schedule an intake.
