I am a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.

Prepare/Enrich is a premarital, and marriage assessment used by millions of couples for over 40 years with over 1000 articles supporting its validity and reliability. It is highly researched and shown to improve relationship satisfaction. Choosing a pre-engagement, premarital, or martial enhancement program can help couples to identify strengths and challenge areas in their relationship.

The goals of Prepare/Enrich are to help:

Explore strength and growth areas
Strengthen commuication skills
Identify and manage major stressors
Resolve conflicts using the Ten-Step Model
Develop a more balanced relationship using Couple and Family Maps
Understand personality differences and maximize teamwork

Time to complete the program may vary, each couple is unique, but generally the program can be completed in as few as 4 sessions but some couples may choose additional sessions to hone in on or revisit skills. To begin, an assessment is completed online. This takes about 30 minutes to complete. We will schedule a time to review results and will begin working through YOUR goals!
